A. Can I return the order received?

Goods once purchased cannot be returned due to the sensitivity of its usage and
current scenario, but if you have any complaints regarding the quality you can get in touch with us directly on email or on phone. Due to the safety precautions we do not take the products back.


B. Can I place an order on call?
Currently we do not take orders on calls. It is recommended to order online for
hassle free experience.

4. Shipping

A. What's the shipping cost?

All orders above Rs 2000 qualify for free shipping, if your order is below Rs 1000 we charge a nominal fee of Rs 199 and between Rs 1000-1999 its Rs 130.

B. After placing an order when can I expect it?

We ship from Monday to Friday, once shipped it will reach your door step by our shipping partner within 24-48 working hours if you are in Gujarat or Maharashtra, for other parts of India it will take around 3-5 business days (looking at the current scenario) depending on your location as all our shipments are dispatched from Surat Gujarat.
